We are a modern restaurant rebuilt in one of the oldest buildings of the south of Iceland, we have an amazing view where you can enjoy the best local products you can get in the area, in a fusion that combines the tradition with the modern in an exceptional way, our menu changes according to the fresh products we can get in the day.
Most of our dishes are gluten free and all of them are made from scratch, we are vegan and vegetarian friendly, our mission is healthy, tasty ,beautiful and high quality food at a fair price.
Jorge Munoz - Manager
Jorge was born in Colombia, in a very small town, in the Colombian coffee mountains. Very young with his bag full of dreams he came to Europe and started cooking in Oscars (fusion space with Arabian, Thai and Mediterranean influences) and after that he has been working as a chef in all the levels around the world passing by multinational companies, luxury cruise ships, resorts and Michelin star awarded restaurants.
Francisco Vasquez - Head Chef
Francisco and Jorge studied together in Barcelona and are exited to combine their knowledge in the season of 2019. Francisco, born in Lima, Peru have had a great professional career and has worked in many prestigious places like El Celler de Can Roca [3 Michelin star] and the Aristocratic family Count of Godo. He is looking forward to create something new using his knowledge and our greatest Icelandic products from the area.
